At Backcountry, I led multiple programs spanning brand, product, campaign, and experiences. I drove Backcountry’s in-house design and product program, introduced the “Gearheads” as the face of customer service, and directed seasonal campaigns. 

My role bridged creative and product development, from on-set art direction to hands-on work with tags, trims, and packaging. Bringing cohesive storytelling and design expertise across departments and channels. 

I also led the experiential design of the Backcountry Airstream and traveling retail experience, creating a mobile brand environment that brought the mountain lifestyle to new audiences through immersive storytelling and product integration.
